HISTORY

A family passion

The desire to create unique and quality beers

HOBAC comes to the world from the hand of Illa Cervesers, a project born of a common passion: the love of good beer. The desire to create original beers that are by themselves unique experiences for the palate.

Spending some time to try new beers, and the other to imagine and cook new recipes. Thinking that there is nothing better than being able to dedicate to a job that at the same time make others enjoy it.

A beer related to its environment

The village of Santa Maria de Martorelles

A town with a long history as well as surrounded by a vast nature. Located in the the Parc de la Serralada Litoral (Catalonia). Our beer is made it in this village for the spectacular landscape and the optimal water quality. At the same time we always try to use proximity products in our processes.
